Where does Puravidashine ship?
We currently ship to mainland France (France métropolitaine), including Corsica. We do not deliver to French overseas territories or other countries.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders within mainland France.
How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding French public holidays.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, delivery within mainland France usually takes 3–5 business days.
Will I receive tracking information?
Where tracking is available, we will send it to the email address you used at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Prices are in euros (EUR).
What is your return window?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exercise your right of withdrawal.
How do I start a return?
Email info@puravidashine.com with where and when you purchased the item, proof of purchase, product photos, and the reason for your return.
What condition must returned items be in?
Items must be returned in a condition that allows us to resell them. You may inspect and try on items as you would in a store. Personalized items, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, or unless we did not inform you of this cost before purchase.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take up to 8 business days to show the refund. In total, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
How will I know my refund is complete?
We will notify you by email or phone once the refund has been processed.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@puravidashine.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will try to cancel it. If it has already shipped, you can use the return process.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details. Your statutory rights are not affected.
What are my legal rights if my item is faulty?
You benefit from the French legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery, and the guarantee against hidden defects under French law.
Can I withdraw from my purchase?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. Contact info@puravidashine.com to exercise this right.
