Orders and payment
You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, an unauthorized transaction, an incorrect price, or a stock issue. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method.

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include French VAT where applicable. Shipping is free within mainland France. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal. Payments may be subject to 3D Secure verification. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Products and availability
Product descriptions, images, and availability are provided as accurately as possible. Minor differences in color or appearance may occur depending on your screen. We do not guarantee that every item will always be in stock.

Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer. In accordance with French consumer law, you benefit from:

The legal guarantee of conformity (garantie légale de conformité, Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), which applies for 2 years from delivery.

The guarantee against hidden defects (garantie des vices cachés, Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

You also have a 14-day right of withdrawal as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and designs, belongs to Puravidashine or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Puravidashine is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or from products purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights under French consumer law.

You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform where applicable.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may bring a claim before the competent court. As a consumer, you may also have the right to bring a claim before the court of your place of residence.
