Shipping policy

Puravidashine delivers to mainland France (France métropolitaine), including Corsica. We do not currently ship to French overseas territories or to other countries.

Orders are prepared in Paris and dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding French public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are usually processed on the next business day. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing after payment confirmation.

Delivery within mainland France normally takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free on all orders within mainland France. There is no minimum order value and no shipping charge is added at checkout.

Where tracking is available, we will send tracking details to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive a dispatch confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@puravidashine.com.

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery costs may apply in that case.

If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or if your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@puravidashine.com with your order number. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and keep you informed.

If a parcel is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
