Your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in France or the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. You do not need to use the standard withdrawal form, but you may do so if you wish.

You must send your withdrawal request before the 14-day period expires. You then have 14 days from the date you notify us to return the goods.

Returns for other reasons
We also accept returns within 14 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase. To start a return, contact info@puravidashine.com and provide:

Where and when you purchased the item

Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation

Clear photos of the product

The reason you are not satisfied

Items must be returned in a condition that allows us to resell them. You may inspect and try on items as you would in a store, but excessive use, damage, or missing parts may reduce the refund amount. Items should be returned with their original packaging and any tags attached where applicable.

We cannot accept returns for personalized or custom items, gift cards, or items marked final sale. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@puravidashine.com with photos and your order details. Your statutory rights are not affected by any time limit mentioned in this policy.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, or unless we failed to inform you of this cost before purchase. In that case, we will bear the return shipping cost.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process the refund within 1–2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take up to 8 business days to show the refund. In total, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that you have returned them.
