Puravidashine accepts Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include French VAT where applicable.
Shipping is free within mainland France. There are no additional handling fees added at checkout.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our website. Payments may be subject to 3D Secure verification.
If a payment is declined, please check your card details, billing address, and available funds, or try another payment method. If the issue continues, contact your bank or payment provider.
If we need to cancel an order after payment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect a return. Your bank or payment provider may take up to 8 business days to show the refund. In total, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
